No. 2SRep does not make adverse-action determinations. When a partner CRA integrates our context API, they remain the CRA of record and inherit FCRA obligations. The 2SRep layer is subject-consented, event-sourced, and disputable through ROS.
2SRep does not infer protected characteristics. We do not display balances, medical content, or the content of therapy sessions. Employer scorecards are derived from observable behavior + subject-consented data. Legal counsel is engaged before every jurisdiction we launch in.
You do, if you are the subject. No candidate data flows to any specific employer without your explicit per-request click-approval. Every stream is per-user OAuth. Every revocation cascades within minutes.
No. Scorecards are derived from public behavior — job posts, application funnel timing, feedback from verified candidates, and where they exist, partner ATS integrations. A company can subscribe to see their own inputs and dispute individual entries through ROS. They cannot make the scorecard disappear.
